Obituary of Marilyn Elizabeth Wallace

Marilyn E. Wallace (nee Daer)

Marilyn E. Wallace, age 73, formerly of Dorchester and Port Bruce passed away peacefully at Woodingford Lodge in Woodstock on Wednesday, September 18, 2019. Beloved wife of the late Brian Wallace (2013). Loved mother of Owen Wallace (Rebecca) of Dorchester and Stacey Barton (Jonn) of Guelph. Proud grandmother of Isaiah and Lyla Wallace and Ellody and Emmelyn Barton. Dear sister of Ruth Dewar (Don) and Shirley Rolston. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Roy and Martha Daer and brother’s Alvin and Gordon Daer. A memorial celebration of Marilyn’s life will be held at the Dorchester Golf and Country Club, 3342 Hamilton Road, Dorchester on Saturday, September 21, 2019 from 3 – 6 pm. A private family interment will take place at the Dorchester Union Cemetery at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society. The family wish to thank the special staff at Woodingford Lodge in Woodstock for all the years of care and support given to Marilyn.
