Loving father of Jennifer Van Haverbeke (Andrew Jones) and Amy Van Haverbeke (Chris Blake).

Cherished grandfather of Benjamin Blake.

Brother of Raymond Van Haverbeke (Georgina).

Special brother in law of Debbie Stewart (Glenn) and Pam Wells (Rick).

Fondly remembered by all his extended family.

Predeceased by a brother Robert Van Haverbeke.

Cremation has taken place.
