Peacefully with his family by his side at Victoria Hospital, London on Friday, July 31, 2020. Francis Louis Corriveau of Dorchester in his 80th year. Beloved husband of Anna Mae for 59 years. Loving father of Melissa and Joe Claessens, Lisa and Bill Berkelmans, Brian-James and Jackie Corriveau and Francesca and Emile Faddoul and predeceased by a son Michael Corriveau (1965). Fondly remembered by grandchildren Britany Claessens, Ryan Claessens (Becca Jefferson), Megan Vandevyvere (Dan), Jenna Bertens (Matthew), Nicole Williams (Curtis), Brent Berkelmans (Stephanie Ball), Devyn Berkelmans (Tia Vyn), Eric Berkelmans, Tyler Berkelmans (Rachael Muncaster), Zacharie Corriveau, Alex Corriveau, Owen Corriveau, Savannah Faddoul and Chantel Faddoul and great grandchildren Ryker, Tenley, Logan, Arilyn, Avery and Liam and predeceased by a great grandson JoJo (2019). Also survived by sisters Martha Cole (Wayne), Diane Harrison (Peter), Karen Vanden Dool (Ed), Judy Toth (Ed) and Michelle Durrand (Dan). Brother in law of Rebecca Wilder (the late Lionel), Sarah and Gord Duplessis, Jeanette Cecile, Cecile Poisson, Julien Lesperance (the late Maggie), Claudette and Steve Craig and Donna Lesperance(the late Edward). Loved by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Rudolph and Joan Corriveau and by his mother and father in law Leonise and Edward Lesperance. Francis was a loyal employee at Lind Lumber, Dorchester and, prior to that, was a dairy farmer in the Dorchester area. Private family visitation will be held at the Bieman Funeral Home, 3970 Hamilton Road, Dorchester with a private family funeral mass at Mary Immaculate Roman Catholic Church, 1980 Trafalgar Street, London on Saturday, August 8, 2020.
