MAYOS, George William Hargest Frederick Sr. - Suddenly at Henley Place, London ON on Friday, January 22, 2021 in his 84th year. Predeceased by his beloved wife Rachel M. (Willaert) Mayos (2015). Dear father of Julia (Jack) Parker, Jannette (Geoff) Williams and Rick Mayos. Loving Grandfather of Steven (Gilda) Parker, Andrea (Bobby) Parker- Raine, Bill Williams and Brittan Williams (Nate). Loving Great-Grandfather of Hudson Parker-Raine. Survived by brothers Jack (Ann), Harry (Annette), and Dave (Katja) Mayos, sister Marie (Frank) Rohrer and sister in laws Lois Mayos, Claudette Jacques, Debbie and Julie, Angela DeBackere, Paula and Rosalie Willaert and Roger (Lillian) Willaert. Predeceased by parents Bill and Ilene (Teller) Mayos, brothers Fred and Reginald Mayos and sister in laws Agnes (Urban) Sinnaeve, Doris Willaert and brothers in laws Cyril, Etienne, Jerry Willaert and Frances DeBackere. Also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as family across the pond in England. George was born in Tillsonburg on March 3, 1937 and spent many years with the Bank of Montreal moving throughout Ontario and eventually retired from Eichenberg Motors in Tillsonburg. George loved watching his grandchildren play sports, animals, unicorns, rain, thunderstorms, Christmas, golf, shopping, and spending time in his overalls outdoors on his riding lawnmower or sitting on the patio. The Mayos family would like to express their thanks to their friends and family for their support and solace during this difficult time. Memorial contributions to the Alzheimer’s Society London and Middlesex (435 Windermere Rd, London, ON N5X 2T1) to support Dementia research would be greatly appreciated. Due to Covid-19 restrictions a private family service followed by an interment at Tillsonburg Cemetery, Tillsonburg will take place. Online condolences may be made at www.biemanfuneralhome.com.

A Private Family Funeral Service will be held at the Bieman Funeral Home, 3970 Hamilton Road, Dorchester followed by interment at Tillsonburg Cemetery, Tillsonburg, ON
