My sincere condolences to family and friends.

Stephen was a dear friend for almost 22 yrs. (19 yrs. as a couple). He was a joy to be around and had a fantastic outlook on life.
We spoke on the phone at least 3 times a week. I am devastated knowing I will never hear his voice again. His departure was so sudden.
Stephen, you are now free of pain and knowing you meant so much to so many will be a great comfort.
