Obituary of Lynn Angela Mendola

Please share a memory of Lynn to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
LYNN ANGELA MENDOLA June 13, 1960-December 16, 2024 On Monday, December 16, 2024, our beautiful Lynnie lost her hard-fought battle with cancer. She passed peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her parents Sam and Louise Mendola. Lynn was loved and will be deeply missed by her husband Ian Scott Clunas, her sisters, Laurie and Cindy (late Bob), and brother Sam (Mickey). Lynn was a best friend and special aunt to Jessica. She was a loving aunt to Lee-J., Stefan, John, Blaine, and Kris, and she will be missed by many aunts, uncles and cousins in Welland. Lynn was always a free spirit with lots of energy. She was an avid gardener who took pride preserving the fruits of her labour. She loved to travel either alone or with her besties. Her friends and coworkers were a big part of her life along with her fur babies, Roxxy, Oliver, Desi, Lucy, Mavi and Coniglia. She kept her great sense of humour right up to the end. Many thanks to the wonderful Palliative Care Outreach Team, University Hospital, and to nurses Prakash and Renju for their compassionate care of Lynn. A celebration of Lynn’s amazing life will be announced at a later date. Cremation has already taken place. Online condolences may be made at www.biemanfuneralhome.com (Bieman Funeral Home, 3970 Hamilton Road, Dorchester, ON N0L 1G2 - (519)-268-7672 - in charge of arrangements)
