I'm a little late in passing on my sincere condolences as I wasn't aware of Hughie's passing. I did have the pleasure of spending an afternoon with him and Marg and he was warm and welcoming even though he didn't know me. His mom (Aunt Allie) was my God Mother and his dad (Uncle Francie) was my father's brother. Meeting Hughie was like spending time with two of my favorite people all wrapped into one. He and Marg welcomed my husband (Bob) and myself into their home and shared pictures and reminisced about living at the brook Marconi Towers Cape Breton for hours. To all his family, so sorry for your loss. - Ronda Degaust
