Obituary of John Joseph Leeks

Peacefully with his family by his side at London Health Sciences Centre, University Hospital, London on Monday, May 13, 2019.

John Joseph Leeks of Dorchester in his 78th year.

Beloved husband of Gail (nee Mitchell).

Dear father of Tom Leeks (spouse John Oud) of St. Thomas, Joanne Hoogendoorn (husband Eric) and Patti Leeks all of Dorchester and predeceased by daughter Wendy and son Ronald in infancy.

Loving grandfather (Grumps) of Kerri (Tyson), Matthew (Dayna) and Jonathan (Joanna).

Brother of Margaret Sutton (husband the late Trevor) and Walter Leeks (wife Marilyn).

Brother in law of Jim Mitchell (wife the late Doreen).

Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by a brother Henry Leeks and sister in law Elaine Leeks.

Friends will be received at the Bieman Funeral Home, 3970 Hamilton Road, Dorchester (Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.)

Funeral mass at St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church, 377 Oakland Avenue, London of Friday, May 17 at 11:00 a.m.

Interment Dorchester Union Cemetery.
